Govans Presbyterian Church provides an accessible outdoor seven circuit labyrinth that is open and available to both the church and the community on a year round basis. The liriope labyrinth is constructed from natural and living materials, and is part of the church’s effort to establish “holy space” in the midst of the secular city surrounding it. The Church often holds memorial labyrinth walks and several local self help groups use this space on a regular basis, both of which reflect the openness of the space to the community.
